Subscription terms and cancellation

This policy explains exactly how the Perimell subscription bills and how to stop it. Nothing here is hidden and nothing requires a phone call.

What you're agreeing to

• Price: $34.99 per shipment, plus any applicable tax. Free shipping within the United States.
• Frequency: one 30-day supply (60 capsules) every 30 days.
• Renewal: your payment method on file is charged automatically each cycle until you cancel.
• Reminder: we email you before every renewal, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
• No commitment: there is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

How to skip, pause or cancel

Two clicks, at any time:

1. Log in to your account, or use the manage-subscription link in any order or renewal email.
2. Choose Skip (miss one shipment), Pause (stop temporarily) or Cancel (end the subscription).

No fees, no phone calls, no retention questionnaire. If you'd rather we do it for you, email support@perimell.com and we'll cancel it and confirm by reply.

Timing

Cancel, skip or pause at least 24 hours before your next renewal date so the charge doesn't process. If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged but before it ships, contact us and we'll refund that order.

Changing your plan

From the same account area you can update your payment method, change your shipping address, or move your next delivery date earlier or later.

Changes to price or terms

If we ever change the subscription price or terms, we'll email you before it affects your account, and you'll have the chance to cancel first.
