Before your first post: the 60-second version
You'll see this again when you get your link, but here's the whole thing in five lines:
- Write #ad on every post. In the post itself, not your bio. US law requires it.
- Describe how you feel, never what it cures. "I'm sleeping better" ✅ — "it fixed my insomnia" ❌
- Don't use your own code. Self-referrals are void.
- No paid ads. Organic sharing only — no Google, Meta or TikTok ads.
- We may re-share what you post. See content rights below.

How it works
- Join and get your personal link and discount code.
- Share it — with friends, in a group chat, on social, wherever it fits naturally.
- When someone orders through your link or code, you earn 25% of that order.
- Track everything in your dashboard. Payouts go to PayPal once your balance clears the minimum.
Content rights — please read this properly
We sometimes re-share partner content: on our own social accounts, on our website, in emails, and in paid advertising.
By posting publicly about Perimell as a partner, you grant Perimell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit for length or format, and distribute that content in our own marketing, including paid ads on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, for as long as you remain a partner and for 12 months afterwards.
What that means in practice, and what we commit to in return:
- We credit your handle where the platform allows it.
- We will never edit your words in a way that changes their meaning, or make your post say something about the product that you didn't say.
- You can opt out at any time. Email support@perimell.com and we'll stop using your content in new placements and pull it from running ads within 7 days.
- If you'd rather we never use your content in ads, say so when you join — you can still be a partner and earn commission.
- We don't use content that features anyone else — your children, your family, anyone who hasn't agreed — in paid ads.
If you're not comfortable with your face or voice appearing in an advertisement, please tell us. That's a completely reasonable position and it won't affect your commission.
Saying #ad — the rule with teeth
US law (FTC 16 CFR Part 255) requires you to disclose that you earn a commission every time you post, in every post. Not in your bio. Not in a comment. In the post itself, where anyone sees it before they click.

What you can say
Your own experience, honestly, in your own words — that's more persuasive than anything we could write:
- "I've been taking Perimell for two months and I'm sleeping better."
- "This is what's been helping me get through perimenopause."
- "Every ingredient and dose is on the label — no proprietary blends."
- "Two capsules a day, hormone-free, made in the USA."
- "It took me about six weeks to notice a difference."
What you can never say
Perimell is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Under FDA rules, no one — not us, not you — may say it treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any disease. One post like this can trigger an FDA warning letter against Perimell, and it will stop us being able to advertise at all.
- "Cured / treated / fixed my hot flashes (or night sweats, anxiety, depression, insomnia)"
- "Prevents menopause symptoms" · "Stops hot flashes" · "Eliminates night sweats"
- "Better than HRT" · "Replaces hormone therapy" · "You can stop your medication"
- "Clinically proven" · "Doctor recommended" · "FDA approved"
- Anything about weight loss, fertility, cancer, or any medical condition
- Advice to anyone about starting or stopping a prescription
The test: describe how you feel, never what the product does to a condition.
Also not allowed
- Using your own code on your own orders, or having someone order for you.
- Paid ads anywhere, or bidding on the word "Perimell".
- Posting your code to coupon sites, deal forums, or Amazon.
- Accounts or pages that look like official Perimell channels.
- Spam — unsolicited DMs, mass email, comment-dropping on strangers' posts.
- Reviews on Amazon or any retailer in exchange for commission.
Commission terms
- Rate: 25% of order value on referred orders.
- Attribution: your link sets a 30-day cookie; your code works on any device.
- Holding period: commissions clear after the 30-day guarantee window, so refunds don't create clawbacks.
- Refunds and chargebacks: commission on a refunded order is reversed.
- Payouts: PayPal, once your balance clears the minimum.
- Taxes: commissions are income. US partners earning $600+ in a year receive a 1099.
If you break the rules
We'll ask you to take the post down. Repeated or serious violations — especially disease claims or undisclosed ads — end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commission. We may change these terms or end the program at any time; you'll be told before changes affect commission you've already earned.
