Last updated: 30 August 2026. These terms govern your use of perimell.com and any purchase you make from us. By ordering, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Perimell · 63 N Burritt Ave, Buffalo, WY · support@perimell.com. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Perimell; "you" refers to you as a customer or visitor.
2. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicine
Perimell is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we are not your healthcare provider. Consult a physician before use — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition. Do not use our products in place of care your doctor has recommended.
Perimell contains soy, and the capsule is made with bovine gelatin. Read the full ingredient list before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are intended for adults.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we ship.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription billing, renewal and cancellation are covered by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Shipping
We ship within the United States, free of charge. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if something arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
8. Affiliate program
If you join our affiliate program, the rules on that page — including required disclosure of commission and the restrictions on health claims — form part of these terms. We may end a partnership and withhold unpaid commission for breaches.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. We may decline to publish content that makes claims we are not legally permitted to publish. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews for being negative.
10. Intellectual property
The Perimell name, logo, site content and product photography belong to us. Don't copy or resell them without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
